Who We Are
We're a team of divers, storytellers, technologists, and ocean lovers — building tools that make the water more accessible for everyone.
Founded by Alexis Jabbour, a diver and brand builder, and Tamas Szilagyi, a data engineer with a passion for infrastructure and exploration, Buddy was created to serve the real people behind every dive: the guides, the shops, the explorers, and the communities they call home.
From Hawaii to Amsterdam to India and beyond, we’re working to bring the ocean experience into the modern era — making it easier to find, book, and share underwater adventures with the care and quality this world deserves.
